Great experience with a local landlord. I much prefer to speak with the same person (or same 2-3 people) every time I have a question or problem. This is so much better than living in a mega-complex (trust me--I have experience there too). You know who to contact when you have a problem, you know and recognize the repair workers if/when they come to your house, and they are really understanding and helpful if you call them about an issue. Highly reccomend going with a small local company like this instead of ones with all the fancy marketing.

This is a landlord you do not want to rent any home, condo, or apartment from. He will make promises upfront to get you to sign lease, & never fulfill them, yet claim he has. He is violent, billigerent, & doesn't care about making repairs properly Or at all. We have never been treated by any person like we were treated as a bother when trying to get leaks, black mold, no working plumbing issues and yet he expects full rent and termed lease. He is a consistent liar when he says he has made repairs, when he has not. He has two personalities. The one before you sign and the one after you sign, that puts you in fear of what he is capable of doing. Former tenants have told us he is known as the slumloard of rentals. We have now seen this firsthand and we do not want anyone else to go what we have gone through and the prior 4 tenants before us went through with this owner. That is why we are writing this review. Doesn't matter if you have things in writing, he feels he doesn't have to follow the Alabama landlord tenant act. So you will have no rights as a tenant and you have a high possibility of living in hazardous living conditions thus raising illnesses, bills, etc. We hope this review will help you to reconsider any rental with this company. There are other places and good landlords that do exist!

Horrible, horrible leases. Had a feral cat problem and couldn't live with them birthing under my house due to allergies and there was "nothing they could do about it". You'd be better off living in a Delview property with the roaches, at least those don't smell up the whole house after dieing under your floorboards
