Went in for "balayage" with Meagan... came out 4 hours and $200 later with bright yellow hair.... all of it. I expected highlights and told her "neutral blonde leaning towards ashy" and instead had almost my entire head dyed yellow, except for leaving my very dark roots! The entire staff then tried to convince me that the mistake was my fault because they "warned me that what I wanted done would be difficult," except I never got anything beyond a nod when I showed the stylists pictures of what I had in mind. They refused to refund me or to at least fix my hair for free. Ended up going to sally's and talking to an employee there that set me up with everything I needed to fix my hair disaster myself. Please save yourself the time, money, trouble, and tears.

This is the one and only H2O!! Dont be fooled by cheap imitations!! Or people who wish they still worked for this awsome salon!! You will never be unhappy, They opened a brand new location after 10 years of being in downtown tuscaloosa, it is on main avenue in downtown historic northport.Their new salon is awsome!!
