I WILL NEVER use this place again. I had to rent a car last minute one evening. When I got there, their lot was PITCH BLACK and pretty full. When the rep and I walked around the car, he even made the joke, ‘yah, I know its pretty hard to see”. I pointed out one thing that I could see on the bumper (it was the only part of the car that was somewhat in the light from a nearby restaurant lot). He said that was already documented. When I got home my husband noticed a crack in the windshield, I told him that the rep had said some damage was already documented so I assumed they knew about it. I got a call the morning after we returned it to say that I was being charged $200 for the windshield. Even if we had called about the crack once we saw it at home, it wouldn’t matter since the contract is valid once I sign and drive off the lot. But it was PITCH BLACK and I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING!!! Now it’s Christmas time and that is $200 that I can’t spend on my family now. Thanks Enterprise. I truly feel like they put their customers at a disadvantage when they put all the responsibility on them to find every single issue with the car, but yet, they don’t want to provide the facilities to make it possible for a non-expert like myself to look over the car and find every single thing that might be wrong. Again, I WILL NEVER use this place again.
