I WILL NEVER use this place again. I had to rent a car last minute in the evening. When I got there, the parking lot was PITCH BLACK and pretty full. The representative had me walk around the car with him and even made the joke, “yeah I know its hard to see”. I saw one thing on the bumper (it was the only part of the car that was somewhat lighted up). When I got home my husband noticed a crack on the windshield, I told him that the rep had said the bumper thing I noticed was already documented, so I assumed that they were aware of everything. When I returned the car, I got a call the next morning that I was being charged $200 for the windshield damage since I hadn’t pointed it out to the rep when I rented the car initially. Even if I had called about it once I saw it at home, it didn’t matter since once I leave the dealership the contract that I signed is in play. Again, their lot was PITCH BLACK and cars parked close together like sardines. I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING! Now I am stuck with a $200 charge and it being Christmas time, means that is money that I don’t get to spend on my family now. Thanks Enterprise.
