My car broke down, fluid was spewing everywhere! I called and had it towed to Mathey's Texaco in Turtle Creek PA.They stated the radiator had ruptured mixing my cooling fluid with the antifreeze. At this point they said the transmission was probably fine. Later said the cooling fluid in fact did get to the transmission, and it would need to be flushed out. When the repair was completed I went to get my car. They charged me 450 dollars and said they couldn't get all the cooling fluid out of the transmission and it would probably fail soon. So I took my car to another garage to find out none of the systems was never cleaned or flushed, not even the cooling system! If this would have been done the transmission might have been salvaged.But now my car will definitely need a transmission, and was told by the other garage if I would have driven my car very far it would have needed and engine also! So my experience with Mathey's Texaco has been VERY costly!You have been warned! I wouldn't recommend this garage to my worst enemy!
