Run away from here...........

Flies in rooms landing on patient face, attendants talking about how much other patients have spent there, long waits, staff sick with obvious colds, incomplete and incorrect fillings done, no explanation of why one procedure is done first when one tooth needed an emergency procedure done first, no offer of antibiotics before or after or pain meds, another patient yowling loud in pain while there, obvious patient discomfort due to under par work being done at chair side, no check of bite or floss test after fillings done, no bibs for patients and tons more problems too numerous to mention.

i pay money to get attended yet they take my time and use it to chat and do nothing. i hate going here. they should fire lazy people like that and hire people who will get the job done efficiently.

I took my son and due to lack of cooaporation they didnt even want to see him, they sent me to some place in Salida, and the dentist was absolutley rude when she saw my son crying, She said "why are these kids crying"? as she rolled her eyes. I waited for 1hr and 30 min in the waiting lobby and all they did was make him open his mouth. Oh yes he has cavaties but since he wasnt a happy camper we will send him elsewhere. Last time I go there ever!!

Worst experience of my life with Western Denal in Turlock, CA. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Personnel is unfriendly, office manager is very unpleasant. They go through different office managers periodically. The wait is unbelievable.

they take forever to attend you here. i went to get my teeth checked to get braces and they took six hours before they attended me and did anything. since then i've had to wait hours on average two or three before i'm called up out of the waiting room. for example just reently my appointment was at two thirty p.m and since i wasn't being called i had to go and ask them why it's taking so long. their response was "you haven't been called yet?" they were totally clueless and careless. three hours later i was finally called up. they seem to overbook too. people who had appointments after me where being called before me. and all i had to get done was a two minute maximum adjustment. this is just a waste of your time and money. i'd go elsewhere if i were you.
