Sun valley pumping is the best company in the world! The owner care out and looked at it and fixed it! They do such amazing job you should really go to them! Don’t trust the other comments they are just jellous but I’m telling the truth. They were so nice and helpful!😀😄😄

Terrible! Rude and unethical! I hired them to pump out and inspect my septic tank. They failed my system and said I needed to replace my leach lines. I was skeptical because we have NEVER had any issues in over 10 years of living in the home. When I called to get clarification, the person on the phone was rude and patronizing. I had another company come out and it cleared just fine. The "problem" that Sun Valley said I had was nonexistent. Buyer beware!

I found the owner and their staff to be very responsive, helpful kind, and knowledgeable. I am sorry that a couple of other folks had poor comments, but I went in with open eyes and a fair mind, as well as plenty of research. I was very pleased with their work.I also feel assured that if any unforeseen issues present, this company would be responsive to my needs and handle any concerns in a speedy and professional manner.

Upon calling this business to have our septic emptied, I spoke to the business owner who was rude and unprofessional. We dug open the hole to get access to the tank, which was requested by the company earlier the morning of our appointment. The woman (owner) then called back saying that they wouldn't be coming out at all that day, and the price would be increased because we're farther than expected. We ended up canceling our appointment altogether, and had to call another company to get out there to get the job done. - The job we had been waiting 4 days for to be completed. Would highly recommend calling a different company.

They can pump out a tank, and that's about it. I had them do my new home inspection, and 4 months later, I had trouble. Horrible customer service. The woman on the phone was unenthusiastic and unsympathetic to my septic emergency. Despite telling her I could not flush my toilet and my shower was backing up at a property they had "inspected" four months earlier, she could not get me in for FIVE days. Every other septic company I've ever used has had emergency service, especially for current customers. I found another company to pump, and they came after hours. Once the septic (the second one on the property that these people didn't even INCLUDE on their HOME INSPECTION!) was pumped, I called these people back after hours and left a message cancelling my appointment. They showed up five days later, and claimed they never got my message. Insisted on charging a service call for a service I had CANCELLED. When I called the company and complained, the woman claimed they didn't have an after hours answering machine, and had never gotten my message. She was outright rude and disdainful, and had no sympathy for my situation. I will never recommend them to anyone, ever. You're in the SERVICE industry, and you need to provide service to keep customers happy - and they failed when they did not find the second septic on my property, when they could not fit me in on an emergency basis and when they claimed they never got my message and charged me for a service I cancelled. Three strikes and you're out and have a poor review throughout the internet.
