Great customer service. Joe answered all my questions and was very time efficient. The price was reasonable for what I needed replaced and they were the only place open on sundays too which for me helped. Will definitely be back if needed.

After wasting over 3 hrs on the phone with AT&T and going to an AT&T store due to my phone being locked during a software update, and all AT&T wanted me to due was purchase a new phone. According to them it was non repairable and nothing they could do. I decided to give it one last try with Repairall not having the best of hopes and knowing it may not be fixed I tried it anyways. Greg was very friendly and gave me the options he thought were best to try. After an hour my phone was fixed and Greg was able to keep all my info on the phone. I was beyond thankful since this is my company phone and can't go long with out it. I highly recommend them and tank Greg so much for his exceptional work!
