Promise's not kept, so if you are looking to purchase a new home from this builder make sure that anything you talk about is sign and in writing, because when you do the final walk thru they kind of rush you and make you feel is all ok and you end up missing unfinished items later they come back and its hard to get things done right, and any promise if not in writing good luck collecting!!!
