He is the worst court evaluator and it’s people like this as to why our justice system is failing.

Met with Weston Lange on several occasions this past year, sometimes with the other parent concerning custody of our children. Seems like information given to him by myself went unnoticed while exaggerated ones by the other parent were taken into account. He, along with court appointed mediator have already decided who they'll favor based on ones appearance, personality and sob story he believes. Report given to the courts repeatedly stated i was both too cold, failed to show emotion and was "standoffish". How does that factor in raising your kids! Meanwhile report repeatedly said other parent always yelled and were told to hide problems from the other. Parent given custody has a bigger, newer house the older kids like so he gave full custody to other parent despite the fact I'm retired, in good physical condition and the 2 younger ones requested to split time with me. Since our meetings the 2 older ones are failing in school and asked to go to a charter school, younger girl I have to pick up sometimes in the middle of the night for being mistreated and I'm currently in the hospital with my youngest child for a possible broken nose he suffered last week while not wearing his seatbelt properly in the custody of the other parent. He is the worse evaluator the court can appoint you to when it comes to child custody. Alot of his stuff on my report was false & I have information to prove it! If you ever get appointed to him make sure you ask for a different evaluator. He made the worse decision for my son & didn't consider my son feelings.
