Provided by YP.comThough I usually don't give five stars because there's always room for improvement, the Balanced Books team is an exception - they have earned top marks. Crystal invested time reviewing our procedures and systems before quoting for services. Thanks to her QuickBooks Pro certification I knew i could accept her proposal with confidence knowing things would be done right. Now she and her colleague, Carrie, get our bookkeeping done faithfully and in a small fraction of the time it used to take - allowing for more responsive business decisions based on "real time", accurate numbers instead of "best estimates" or last year/same season reports.
My only concern about composing this review is that when other businesses realize how professional and valuable Balanced Books' services are, Crystal won't have time for the special projects and reports I have need of from time to time.
