Lived in one of their properties for years. I had zero problems with them.

I rented from these people they are very unprofessional. They only accept cash and the relationship between the owner n maintenance workers is unethical. They will not keep their word and they r not to be trusted. Not very good people to do business with. They will tell you one thing n do another. You can't even get documents from them other than your lease. Dishonest too I would not recommend them to no one who is hard working n honest.
