I Had No intentions on purchasing a vehicle. I was just doing my job, I have been to this dealership many times along with many other dealerships in the area and i always gave this place a negative review , But Patrick and Jarmen really changed my mind about this place. Their friendly attitude and positive energy along with their jokes seems to make it a fun buying experience at this dealership. I REALLY HATE i wasnt there to actually buy a car because both of them really tried their hardest to land and close me on a vehicle and hated to see me leave without purchasing a vehicle and they also offered to locate me a vehicle since there wasnt many cars left to choose from but I had a job to do, I have never experienced anything like this all the other times i did secret shopping at this location but it seems things are really turning around in a postive way for american car center in tupelo mississippi.
