Avoid this business like the plague! They are dishonest at best outright crooks is more accurate! The HVAC technician sent to my home was incompetent. They insist on being paid before the work is done and then don’t do a complete job. The installation of my heat pump could not be completed by the installers and they charged my credit card for $105.25 more than I owed them after being told not to use the card.

I would not recommend this company! One Star it even being generous. I used on mechanical to install a new heating system in my home is been nothing but a nightmare since the day we started. They constantly try to charge me extra fees for things were covered in my contract. They refuse to finish the job, despite having a specific completion date. They caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home that they refuse to pay for. Throughout the entire job they constantly demanded advances on their payments. The owner of the company Vaughn Murphy himself has repeatedly lied about work that they've done, as well as tried billing us for work that they haven't done. If I had it to do over again I would run away from this company and never looked back. Despite having a specific completion date, they have yet to finish their work, now I am having to sue them to get the job done and to repair the damages their company has caused.

i would not recommend this contractor to anyone. i have had problems working with them from day one including asking me to pay for permits that were covered by there contract going all the way through them demanding that i pay them in advance to finish my project so they will have the money to purchases the equipment to complete my job after they have i excess of $70,000.00 of my money and the fact that there contract states you pay upon completion of work, nothing about if we don't have the money to complete you will be required to front us the money in advance with no guarantee of completion. They demanded a payment in advance for there rough in portion and then it was like pulling teeth to get them out to fix the problems after first telling me they did everything right and then almost a month and countless phone calls later. the owner came out to look and admitted things were not done correctly. these people are dishonest and out to take advantage of people. i am having to sue them to see if i can get them to complete there work.
