I had my car vandalized about 4 times in the 10 months I've there, all happened in the last 4 months of my time there. I parked under the undercover parking (and paid more for that security for my car) and they had no explanation or help for preventing this situation from happening again. I even confided in them that I had been held at knife point and was scared at work and preferred to not be scared at home. They moved my parking spot and promised if anything happened in the remainder of my lease I would be let out of it. So my back windshield got bashed out about 2 months after the 9 times. What did they do? Not only left me in my lease but told me that it was my fault (because of the 2 months nothing happened), I had someone after me. I work 50 hours a week I only come home to sleep. I feel so unsafe I can't sleep. They had the audacity to without any kindness yelled at me that it is my fault that my back windshield was bashed out. That the 400 dollars I payed to get it fixed was what I deserved for angering whoever did it.That they were not responsible for my saftey and that I was using my trauma from work as an excuse to get out of my lease. I would happily live there if I didn't have constant slashed tires and a maxed out credit card to show it. Do no move there. Montair Apartment Complex up the street is cheaper and extremely nice and have great service. To all the staff and managers that I interacted with thank you for being so uncompassionate for my safety and well being. You're truly a terribly run business. Thank you to Paul, the only manager who attempted to help. You are amazing.

If you like the fact the people running the place are buying and using dru gs from the tenants then this is your place to live. The laundry room had a used con dom on one of the washing machines for over a week before being removed. The laundry facility since then seems to be a little better but still FAR from sanitary by any means. There seems to be almost a hoodlum type of teeny gang running around the grounds. My vehicle has had something thrown at it and it is dented now. I have been harassed by several tenants within the community and it seems the office personnel can do nothing about it. So If you want to live inside the underground drug community and watch first hand drugs being trafficked as well as pro stitution, then move here.



I am not being slanderous just stating things I have personally seen/witnessed and hopefully getting across to the general public.



I'M LOOKING TO TRY AND FIND A WAY OUT. LISTEN TO ME AND STAY OUT BEFORE YOU GET TRAPPED IN HERE BY A LEASE AND FIND YOURSELF "STUCK"
