Very terrible experience! I have roadside assistance on my insurance and they contacted Thomas Towing about towing my car to a repair facility. 1st They delivered the car to some random apartments instead of the place of business it was supposed to be towed to. Never made any contact with me about where to leave the car. 2nd They left the car in the random apartments, unlocked with the keys inside. 3rd The driver felt it necessary to rummage through the glove box and steal the title to my car. 4th Upon having another company tow the car to the right facility (like it should have been done the first time) the 2nd towing company & repair shop noticed damage done by the 1st towing company for improperly hooking the car up (they bent the rear alignment link). Every time I contacted them with another problem they got more and more rude with me & refused to even come look at the damage. Very poor way to run a business and treat customers! I would stay away from having them tow your car. I will be using Storey Wrecker from now on.
