I went there first 4 days ago. I was assigned this center due to where I lived. and to see a Dr. Bell. When I arrived I saw a Dr. Le, and she was very good. Discussed with me what to do , if I needed anything call. Make an appointment in 2 weeks. Problem increased over the weekend. Called as soon as they open Monday. Left name, numbers, told they would call soon . 2:20 I called again, got the "Oh we are so busy, I will send a note back and they will call soon." 4:50 I called them, and she put me on hold. Comes back several minutes later , they can't treat me, that I must call Dr Le, she is at other wound center. Now 5 min to closing. I try, get no answer. I call back to SJ wound east the girl gives no help, tells me to call dr Le tomorrow. No offer any help to call ..THEY WERE NOT EVEN GOING TO CALL ME BACK TODAY AND LET ME KNOW. just a worthless I'm sorry. This is for critical wounds They are incompetent! They even scheduled me at the wrong place for my 2 week check up!!!
