Provided by SuperpagesMy dog has food allergies and requires a special dog food called Pinnacle. I went to this store today to purchase a 30 pound bag. The store only had one (1) 15 pound bag on the shelf. I mentioned to the store manager I needed to purchase 30 pounds and would she be willing to discount two (2) 15 pound bags to the same price per pound as the 30 pound bag. She said yes, but then said because the store only had one (1) 15 pound bag on the shelf, she would not discount it. I have purchased Pinnacle dog food at this store for the past four years, but today's lack of customer service has caused me to shop elsewhere.
