I like my fibrex windows. They look good and I don't hear as much outside noise now. I also don't feel the outside heat radiating through like before. The installer was professional and I was confident he knew how to do perfect. I took a star off for the Anderson operator not knowing her products. I had first wanted the anderson hurricane type glass because it is somewhat burglar resistant. I think anderson calls them coastal windows. When I fist called the nuber on the home mailer ad I spoke with a person who took my info for an appt for a local to come give an estimate. The lady didn't know what I was talking about. I don't know why hurricane products aren't sold in oklahoma. It's not like we don't have strong winds. I just wanted the extra strength to resist impact strikes from attempted breakins.
