A technician was sent out Sept. 30, to work on garage door. An estimated visit of 5 mins and a spray of WD 4 fixed all the problems according to this technician. By Monday, I needed another technician but it started working so I though it was something with remote. Tuesday, door would not shut or if it did it would go up by itself. Called too late in the day to get repair service. Son-in-law called and asked for someone to come out on Friday to fix the garage door again. He did request a new service technician and company denied sending a different person. Now it has almost been a week door hangs up and has a mind of it's own about closing LOL. Called another company, keep in mind ODCT- cost was $134 with WD4. New service company took off cables and drums to show me that these items had been bent/pieces plied off drums and torque rod was cut too short for door. When door was raised/closed with remote or switch it became stuck on the drums causing cable to unwind from drum. IF ONLY OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICEMAN WOULD HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN 5 MINUTES TO LOOK OVER THE DOOR, I DO BELIEVE I'D LET HIM FIX IT PROPERLY. His lack of service cost OVERHEAD THIS SELL plus I will never use this company ever again. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE SLICK 5 minute fixes with WD4.

Bought a door switch and the remote for my garage door opener come to find out the opener is bad called Overhead Door company asked them about a new one told him I was in yesterday and purchase these pieces they didn't act like they were concerned at all didn't ask me if I I can bring them back or anything quoted a price twice as high as anywhere else would never use them again paid $66.20 for the parts found on line for $36.00

I called about 7:30, they came around 8:45 was done in 30 and told me where to find a $20 off coupon.

When purchasing & installing they were great - helpful & made it very convenient. Unfortunately the garage door is broken after not even 4 yrs. The one we replaced was over 15 yrs old & still worked great (we had to replace b/c a drunk driver crash into our house & pushed one of our cars through the old garage door). I can not believe this company will not stand behind it's product. The big spring-looking metal piece is what is broken. I would think it should last longer than 4 yrs of normal wear & tear. The company is more than willing to come out for a service fee & to charge me to replace their faulty piece. I will never do business with this company again & will tell everyone I know not to do business with them. When I called the operator's response was "yeah they break". What horrible customer service!

The service was wonderful, the company called me in plenty of time to get home to meet him. I was so pleased with the speed, friendliness, and my door is still working perfectly!!!! I will tell anyone who asks where the BEST place is to call.
