My experiences with Jim have always been good. I trust this man. He has always come through, including the time he informed me there was a recall on my car which I was unaware of.

Jim Morrison “fixed” our car 18 months ago.
The head gasket had gone so he did a full job on it. Shortly thereafter the thermostat bugged out.
I have now discovered that the Gasket is leaking, Gas is mixing and it smells terrible. Feels like a fireball waiting to happen.

Jim has refused to work with us on servicing it 10 hours away and demanded we drive it back there.

Soooo. I am, I will be billing for lost hours work, gas, and accommodation.

Very disappointed, when I informed him I would be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and social media sites he accused me of threatening him. I merely promised and informed him of my intentions if indeed he continued to refuse a decent resolve.

He said he did the job right.

He didn’t.
