CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

Was not greeted when I entered the store, I had to make introductions. Then filled out my own service ticket. All communication about my computer was through email, luckily I have an iPad. From start to finish they had my computer for 5 days to upgrade RAM. I was not offered my old parts on completion.

Had I taken my Mac to an Apple store it would have been cleaned before it was returned. This was not the case from Mobile Macsters.



If you have an Apple Store, I recommend you go there.
