Dr. Kalvin White was thorough- and effective. But lo and behold for no known reason (to me) he is no longer working at Tulsa Pain Management of Tulsa. I was told I had to change Doctors via a phone call. Although he's entitled to his private life, having a successful relationship with any doctor is something to cherish. I had a successful relationship with Dr. White and his Physicians Assistant.. I wish I'd received a "Dear John" type letter or even "we're moving for you info" but nada, nothing, zip. Wasn't too happy regarding the ensuing interaction with their office afterwards. Talk about confusing. I'll give them another try and hopefully be able to establish another working relationship with a pain specialist . In this day and age both difficult and had to find
