Meeting the client's expectations is our number one priority. We learn what those expectations are for each project we undertake, and we formulate common-sense strategies before each project begins. We then measure our performance and progress against the client's expectations through the course of the project. We retain our clients. The proof of a firm's commitment to its cli ents, and of the client's satisfaction with the firm, is in the firm's ability to keep clients for the long-term. The vast majority of clients who have come through our doors over the years are still our clients today. Most of our new clients have come to us through referrals from existing clients who recommend our firm. We are very proud that our client base continues to grow primarily through referrals.
