Come check out brownstone they are really nice apartments and they are some really nice people and their is a pool

I have nothing but praises for Brownstone, I have been here 3 1/2 years and the people are great. I love the security here to make me feel safe, the maintenance is on point, I know all of my neighbors no problem here.

I love this apartment. It is so spacious and nice. I could not imagine living any other place. If you want a good value for your money, this is your home. Rat! I ve never even seen a mouse. It must have been their pet rat they were talking about. This place is rat free otherwise.

Don't even think about renting a apt from this place. My Mother lives here there is no working air conditioning, my mother has a window unit. There is a rodent problem, my mother lives next too a horder, that has put a pad lock on his door and won't let anyone in to spray for bugs, or do repaires. The Owner West is so cheap he doesn't have a office staff on site.The complex is falling apart, he rents to anybody that can pay rent. Friday night my mother was lying on her couch when a rat bit her on the foot had to take her to the ER.....Would you want yor family to live in this Dump..........
