I recently had a job interview for a position at this facility. I can't even begin to explain how horrible of an experience this was. The person conducting the interview was insulting and went out of his way to humiliate me before the actual interview had even started. Instead of focusing on whether or not I could perform the duties listed in the job description this person immediately began grilling me on my current financial situation and repeatedly asked how I was "paying your bills?". This went on for at least 10 minutes several times interupting me while I was trying to explain. Throughout the rest of the interview this person barely even looked me in the eye while asking me questions pertaining to the position. If I was going to be treated like garbage and stood no chance of getting the position as this person's mind was already made up before I even stepped foot in the door then why bring me in for an interview at all? I am seeking employment sir and maybe you should consider this the next time you decide to waste you and somebody else's time by bringing them in just to degrade them. Upper level management should really consider taking a closer look at who they have operating this facility.
