highly disappointed

Over the last year I have given this place tons of business, I have referred multiple friends who brought in friends & family of their own.... including my entire wedding party coming in for full sets with designs on every nail, pedicures some with designs on every toe & eyebrow waxing. When I went on my honeymoon my wife & I went in & did the same thing.... just last Saturday my wife & I went in for her birthday. She got a pedicure & an eyebrow waxing, I got a full set with a design & stone on two fingers. The gal that helped me did a shotty job.... which always seems to be the case unless I get the owner's wife, Tracy. When I told her I was unhappy ahe got upset so when it still wasn't right I just dealt with it & left unhappy.... 3 hours later one of the stones fell off. Monday (not even two full days later) the corner of my thumb nail broke off. I called in & Tracy answered. She told me to come down & they'd fix it right away. So after my eife was out of school we went down there. I had already decided to let her know that as much as I loved her & her husband I didn't want the other girls to work on me or I was going to find a new shop. Speaking to her husband a while back he had told me customer service is important to them & as long as they keep their customers happy they know they'll always have business. I felt valued. This day..... I did not. I got there & there was one girl waiting for a fullset & pedicure. Tracy saw me & said you have to wait for her to be done. I asked how long & she said an hour as she walked away, very clearly irritated with me. I said it's just one nail. There were 4 girls in the shop & she didn't even bother to let the other girl know.... Hey, we messed her up & need to right our wrong. I said it's okay. I'll just go somewhere else. She yelled at me as I left. I couldn't believe I just gave her $60 of my money two days prior as well as a year's worth of business & referrals & she treared me like that..... I called afterwards to get her husband, the owner's number so that I could talk to him & she yelled ALOT & cut me off, talked over me then hung up on me all as I was speaking calmly telling her I didn't appreciate her cutting me off. So I called back & she screamed at me that she would not let me contact him..... I called a third time ahe answered yelling "What?!" at me. I told her I wanted to speak to her husband because I knew he cared about his customers. She screamed "we can't make all customers happy all the time!" & hung up on me a third time. So I found him on Facebook & will also be sending this review to him. All I wanted was to feel valued. I just lost that money because my nails were ruined in two days & the people responsible made it out to be my fault. Now... I would just like my money back to find a new shop where I do feel valued..... sadly, I don't feel like I'll even get that respect....
