Poor customer support, no returns, and more expensive than others. I bought a karaoke machine from them and when I opened it at home I found it missing the battery cover on the remote so I took it back to the store. They were no help and would not take it back unless I paid a 50% restocking fee. What a ripoff! I'll never go back. I suggest you avoid them also.
