POOR SERVICE

Recently had an accident and took to Watson to repair. They took their sweet time to even look at damage and then to order parts. It has been one continuous delay on their end! Needless to say, I am still waiting for the repair 2 weeks later. My family will NEVER use Watson, again!

recommended but read below

Overview: I would recommended purchasing a vehicle from here.Pros: Fair pricing on vehicles; Sales peoples did not shark or over promise; Sales managers worked hard to resolve any questions or problems we had; they offer a good extended warranty for a fair price; we left there happy and with exactly what we wanted.Cons: The price you agree to with the sales team does not include extras like other dealerships; After market parts were extremely over priced ($2000 for DVD player); forced to negotiate with 6 people (2 salesmen, an after market guy, the sales manager, and 2 financing professionals)People we recommend dealing with:Tom and Jason in SalesHector the sales managerChris in after market partsJason in financingThings to know before you walk in:Know you credit score and check with the credit unions for rates before walking in.Know that they will only offer wholesale pricing for you vehicle, so don't expect blue book pricing unless to want false numbers on your deal ( example: they are prepared to sell the vehicle for 25k and offer 5k for your trade. If you fight it, they will give you it but the deal now changed to 27k for their vehicle and 7k for yours.) This is a standard practice and not a shady one. The dealerships are a business and they WILL make profit to stay in business.Know your pay off if trading in.Know the price you can actually afford (financing a vehicle for 84 months at a rate higher that 4% is crazy-dont do it)Know its okay to walk away and think about it. Our deal lasted a week and they did not pressure us at all to buy.Everything is negotiable! Don't be afraid to haggle, ask for discounts and question everything! I recommended this for anyone purchasing a car from any dealership. It doesn't hurt to ask and the worst they will say is no.Again, this was a very good dealership and I would recommended purchasing from them. I tip my hat to the Watson Chevrolet owner, family, and employees. Also very Military friendly. If you like this review or found it helpful, let Tom or Jason know that Chris D sent you.Enjoy the car shopping experience!

Byuying a new car

I guess I was pretty disappointed in your people (Chris Feredico and Mark Smart) as they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back and let me know either way on the deal for a car over there. I guess I expected more. Even you were the ones who called me several times to come on in as I was already approved.

BEWARE PUBLIC

very poor service. I do not recommend purchasing from them. I got the vehicle financed through my credit union. While I still had my permit temporary plate, I decided to pay off the vehicle and I got a lien release from my credit union. I went to MVD to get a clean title. Turns out that it was still in another credit unions name. They didn't pay off the lien from the other owners and they sold me the vehicle. They are crooks and were floating my money. I have called and called no progress. It has been over a month and my credit union still hasn't received the title work. It still is in the other credit unions name. I have contacted the title company that they process Watson's paperwork and it still has not been processed. Beware of these crooks. This is to warn other customers.
