These guys (and gal) are AWESOME! Always more than fair and ready to help. They always have a great selection of items and even new stuff to purchase. I'll never go anywhere else.

USA pawn shop's customer service is excellent I recommend them to everyone i'm very satisfied customer and a regular custom they pawn my stuff for more than it was worth at the time just to help me out if you explain your situation honestly they will work with you the main person I work with is Henry n a young ladie but when I walk in there all of them respond immediately so I that's why i rate them a 5 star without a doubt best pawn shop in Town...

dont go there they rip you of and they dont work with you at all the service sucks, you go to pawn to save money but they mark there stuff like its new, they will not lower the price of anything...never go there unless you are in desperate need, they need training

Great Customer Service and very accommodating! Friendly staff who acknowledge you from the moment you walk in the door until you walk out!

They actually have free coffee and cookies for the customers and they don't treat you like a low life for needing a few bucks till payday.

The women working at the speedway store i believe her name was Cassie was the rudest person i had ever came across in tucson pawn buisiness . i was browsing and a gentelmen walked in the door and the girl immedietly became irate screaming and yelling at the man who was apparently shocked. i mean i have personal probilems aswell but the work place is not the place to act so unappropriate . i left immedietly as i felt very uncomfortible., i will never return to that store
