I got fabulous service from them. They have very friendly employees. I definitely recommend them.

Do not use. I do not recommend. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot where the prices are cheaper and customer service is better. I bought a coin operated washer and dryer from Tucson appliance to help keep the money local. They did not finish the setup of the appliances properly and refused to send someone out at their expense to finish the installation. They did not set the coin box to the amount I requested. Also they did not set the timer to the correct time period on the dryer. The manager does not stand by their product which to me means that the owner does not either. Poor service. Do not use.
