Very knowledgeable staff. These guys truly know what ABA is all about. I've have taken my child to many other agencies and I can honestly say that the approach that the staff at True Potential took is the only one that actually worked with my child.

The people who wok at True Potential are very unprofessional and have no idea about what professional boundaries are.

The owner, Daniel Quinones, is very unprofessional and unethical. He provides behavioral services to special need kids, most of them with autism, however, he does not have a credential to provide these kind of services. They also have done some illegal procedures in the company. My experience was very bad with them. I do not recommend this program at all.
