Meet the Business Owner: Barbara Bird I learned to groom in a 4-year apprenticeship to William (Scissorhands) North, owner of Northwin Kennels and Grooming. I'm also an International Certified Master Groomer (ICMG) with International Pet Groomers, Inc. (IPG) and have attended countless seminars, clinics, and advanced training. Dog grooming is a form of artistic expression, and patience with animals is a priority for me. The main difference I try to provide is customer service for humans as well as their pets.
