They did a great job on my Prius. Told me it would take 2-3 days - they got it done in 2.

I had a car accident about 3 years ago, right in front of this building, the guy wjo hit my car didnt want me to call TPD and told me he would cover my car damages asap, so he pointed out this body shop right away and we drove right over, i was a little nervous because this building didnt look very big and i was doubtfull that they wouldnt do a good job like a big dealership! I couldnt have been more wrong! Right away we saw an estimator who went over the damages with us, gave the guy a price, and told me they could get my car in right away. To make a long story short, Rich (the estimator) called me a few days later and said my car was ready to be picked up! My car looked brand new! the paint matched exactly, everything was great, the ladies at the office were so friendly! and i even got to meet the man who fixed the body work! how great is that!! this shop really went out of there way to make sure my car came out looking AMAZING! I will be using them again soon :)

I agree with the last guys reveiew. They told me car would take 3 weeks, and consider there was no structural damage just the fender, bumper, light, and hood and tried to say the estimate was around 4500. truely ridiculous. then after i tolm them i wasnt getting the work done there they rude, wouldnt even look at me they talked. Not to mention my father is disabled (facial disfigurement) with issues and when he saw him, he really wouldnt even look at us and talk. how terrible and discriminating. I would never use them for anything. ussaa should not use them as prefered shops to use. ridiculous

Speaking of Art thats the guys name who handled my claim. He was about as smart as a box of rocks. It took him forever to complete my initial estimate. That should have been my first clue. Then when My vehicle came in for repairs it took three days longer than promised. When I went in to see my vehicle in progress I saw their frame rack, it looked like it was from the 80's . After talking to a friend of mine who is an insurance agent I found out they cater to the insurance companies. The individual customer who is paying out of pocket means very little to this company. My recomendation go elsewhere.

I have used this body shop several times over the years and they are great. My car was done when promised and the work was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and friendly. I have very high standards and they have never disappointed me.
