We found a great house to rent...

We found a great house to rent, unfortunately we were assigned "Salina Hlivko" ([email protected]) as our property manager and she has been absolutely horrible. She blows us off consistently and instead of fixing problems with the house (broken locks, window problems, pool issues) she claims to not have received our request.

We love our house and hope to find a property manager who can help fix the minor issues we are having. We even agreed to pay an increased rent this year since they promised the house would be fixed so we are obviously frustrated.

If you decide to rent a home from Nordstrom Group make sure to request a property manager NOT named Salina to help you with your property.

If you're a renter I would not recommend this company.
The deposit you’re providing to the Nordstrom is nothing but a massively expensive cleaning non-refundable deposit basically, no matter how spotless you leave the property. This is coming from someone who got their deposit back, but only after fighting tooth and nail with them. They will find every little tiny thing wrong and then charge you an arm and a leg using one of their “Reputable companies”. Who are ridiculously expensive. I paid $150 out of my deposit to pull a few weeds, they even sent me pics…there must have been maybe 10 weeds. The rest of the yard had already been landscaped by the current owner a week prior. Also, in our final walk-thru we were going to get sited for having a fingerprint on the sliding glass door. A FINGERPRINT!
Completely lacking from property manager Vanessa is any type of compassion, understanding or common courtesy. Of course, when you call her behavior out to the owner of the company “She’s very by the book…she takes her job very seriously”. Meaning this probably isn’t the first time someone’s complained, almost sounded like a canned response.
The owner also made a comment “Someone once told me that what people remember most is the last 5% of a customer service exchange.” The last 5% of dealing with this company was a complete and utter nightmare. Again, this is coming from someone that paid their rent on time, kept the property in great condition and got the majority of their deposit back. I’m from Tucson and never ran across a company as bad as this one. That’s saying a lot! This is not you how treat Tucsonans.
ADVICE: Find any other company to rent from, save yourself the headache. Maybe if enough people do this company will start to feel the financial strain just a little and change their ways.

Great company!

We have had the pleasure of partnering with Nordstom for over 10 years. It is rare that you find a property management co.with this level of expertise. We are proud to know and work with Stev, Kathy ,Eddie and Tiana every week. This outstanding group of property mgrs.have the knowledge and customer service skills to help meet your requirements. They listen and care about each individual situation. They are quick to act on repairs and any issues are always resolved right away. Thank you for always doing right by us every time. Mrs. Shannon.

Excellent Customer Service!! We give them 5 stars!!!

The Nordstrom Group has been apart of our lives for several years. The staff is always helpful and always goes that extra mile to accommodate our needs. We would recommend them to others.
