They stole an entire custom built computer from me including years worth of information. This had to be hashed out in court and I won but only received $150 and did not get any data on any of my HDDs back as they had already been wiped & sold. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Frankly, I would get better service from a pimple-faced Best Buy rep than these scam artists.

The guy who helped me really took the time to actually -HELP- me! He was patiend and answered my questions, which I really appreciated because I was in a panic over a dead computer! He reccomended the right product to help me get my info back for $25, when he could have easily charged much more for a service fee. I will go back to these guys again.

I have to sayt, you guys have the most poorly built website for a Computer store. Might as well advertise on a blog. You guys need to hire a more experienced web designer. Come on, your making Tucson look bad. Is that the best you can do? I mean no images to display just a laundry list of what you do and what you sell. If this was out side of where I live, I would just pass this site right on by. You guys have any Adobe software? You should open a box and use it.

how do disable see your inventory sales. Im stuck in this damn hospital; bed and can't leave and every one says sws its great and has all / all what !!! I see a address I can't get to so how do we send aids / nurses to get if its wrong do you hate disable or like everyone else don't go a inch and a half its better at a inchgene

As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff. They listened to my needs and were quickly able to meet them. All of their inventory was close at hand so I didn't have to wait long either!



I'd absolutely recommend them to all my friends!

I took my computer into them after it not wanting to boot up and they told me that the hard drive had crashed, was no longer any good. All my information was lost. They asked if I wanted them to install a new hard drive at which I told them not to do anything that I wanted it back as is. I took it to a competitor who told me that the hard drive was fine and fixed the problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
