I went to Dr Echols because it was close to my work. Very glad I did. The last dentist I went to said I needed 2 crowns badly. I only got one before I went to Dr Echols. He never said I needed a crown after 2 visits in one year! Now I wonder about the last Dentist who screwed me over. (By the way, I never discussed this with Dr Echols because I wanted to see what he would say without this story.) Very honest Dentist. A lot are not.

Dr. Echols is excellent and his staff is all very friendly.

Julie Convey, hygienist, is very professional , caring, and honest. Doctor Echols with the smile suggested the filling for $275... Receptionist Marie is unprofessional, messy, and dishonest. She overcharged me and never apologized. All her ridiculous excuses (computer is frozen, printer does not work, you received the discount, etc.) appeared to be false. I spent 1.5 hours in this office to get refund. Doctor Echols, good luck to you and your receptionist Marie. You might pay her the bonus at the end of the year. She is doing a very good job to reduce the number of your existing and potential customers.

I am new to Tucson and had not found a dentist yet. I broke a crown off on a Friday afternoon and had trouble finding an office that was open. Dr. Echols office got me right in and got the crown back on in just a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back as a regular patient.

Dr. Echols is a great dentist. Our whole family has been going to Dr. Echols for several years now and have been treated very well. Dr. Echols has been excellent with our children. Our kids have had bad experiences going to the dentist in the past but now they love going. He always takes the time to answer all our questions and explain what dental work we need done.
