Coffee stains, yuk. Eric was my tech both times. His first appt. was on 8/31/18. He did a great job. Carpet looked really clean. Later that evening after it had dried, the coffee stain was back. I called the office and scheduled a re-do. Eric came back on 9/1 and touched-up those areas. I really appreciated the quick turn around. The carpet looks really great. Eric was courteous, friendly and an interesting person to talk with. He knows his products and explained all he did. I was really impressed with him and just wanted to share that.

I got the $89 special and paid a little extra for some spot cleaning (because fido was a bad puppy). It was just what the doctor ordered. My carpet looks (and smells) so much better! I'll use Steamy again for sure. Last place I called charged me more and I got so much less.

They come in with a low price, $59 for three rooms, and tell you that is just and easy once over and probably won't do the job. If you really want it cleaned $119 bucks please. What a scam.

I had Steamy out to clean all the flooring at my home today. I expected that the carpet would look good once they were done and it was great. What really impressed me was the way the tile and grout looked once it was clean. My wife was ready to rip that tile out and replace it and in a last ditch effort to spare that expense I had Steamy attempt to make it look good again. I would say that they exceeded my expectations because not only does it look great, it looks brand new. These guys were top notch and really knew what they were doing. Not only that, they were less expensive than anyone else I called. Im happy. My wifes happy. If you use Steamy, you will be happy!

As I always say, sometimes things just sound too good to be true. They say 5 rooms for $89.00. Don't be suprised when they don't live up to what they say. For a local company, you'd think they would want to keep Tucson business and not give it away to the national chains. This is what happens when you look a quanity, not quality.
