I'm a network engineer at a corporation in Tucson that utilizes Simply Bits for various services and I am always under-whelmed when it comes to what I see from Simply Bits. Aside from price (which is the only reason we had to go with them - they were the cheapest) our connection is riddled with packet loss. Upon inspection of their installed infrastructure, we found they are unlicensed bands. In trying to resolve our service issues, we are pummeled with arrogance, ignorance, and constant excuses. Do your homework before considering this service provider. Price isn't everything.
