Brian evicted me and my children after paying him a 1000.00$ a month trying to get caught up. Little did I know he was charging me 350.00$ in late charges on top of the 650.00$ do the math. He evicted me and said I don't want your stuff, but wanted to charge 20.00$ a day storage, which is illegal. Needless to say I lost everything I owned because of The owners Brian and his nasty wife's greed and selflessness. Karma will catch up with them and eventually I will to, I am going to expose them for what they are, SLUMLORDS. Do not rent from these people I guarantee you will regret it.

Worse landlord ever, real piece of work. Brian and his nasty wife are greedy, they break the law and don't follow the landlord tenant act. They only rent to less fortunate (felons, crack heads and heroin addicts) so they can take advantage. Go see for yourself and ask around he screws everyone over I am sure the locals will fill you in. You will regret renting from these slumlords. They don't deserve 1 star, but u have to put at least 1 to post review.

This place is the ghetto and the owner Brian is a slumlord, there r roaches and rodents. The swimming pool is an eye soar because its filthy, he does no maintenance there r ciggerette butts everywhere. This place is the ghetto because the owners don't care about anything but collecting rent and charging ex essive late charges. More people move out in the middle of the night than a hotel. Come check it out its a dump.

They were great to me! The people posting about bad service are probably just some scum who didn't pay and expected to still live there forever!
