hard used property. cockroach found in ground floor room. Key cards and locks not responsive and leaking toilets give evidence of shoddy maintenance. Staff are polite and helpful. Provided breakfast is adequate. Hot food is not very warm. Rates do not reflect the slipshod appearance of rooms.
