Provided by YP.comMorgan has two face. I wonder if she had mental disability or Bipolar. When she talks at first she sounds fakely nice and once she knows you are a tenant she sounded like a robot dead person. Stay away from this management, stay away from this person. Everytime I call them she doesn't show any professionalism nor willingness to work. If there is a person who has higher position I would like to complain about her. I am currently working on filing a compliant against her and documenting her action and words towards me as I feel she is treating me differently.

Provided by YP.comI am surprised to read these reviews, I rented from Prestige for 3 years and I never had any issues with them. I also received my deposit back when I moved out, i bought a house but if I ever need to rent in the future I would rent from them again.

Provided by YP.comI rented property at 219 E King Rd from Prestige Property Management on the 21st of March 2012. On October 9 2012 I received a letter from them stating the landlord had decided to sell the property and had agreed to release me from the rental agreement early with no penalties if I decided to vacate the property early. They asked me to let them know when I decide to vacate the premises so they can tell the property owner. I did recieve my deposit back from Prestige Property. They have claimed that this was a misunderstanding and lack of communication. I am satisfied with the return of my deposit.

Provided by YP.comStarted renting my home with them in 2007, and they have not let it hit the open market! 1 renter for 5 years, and they have kept the place clean. My home hasn't been trashed, and rent comes in every month. Thank god for Prestige.

I have lived here for 7 years, been with this company for almost three years, to which even though it is mananged by them, I am responsible for the upkeep of the commonway property, even though having allergies and other health problems. To which the weeds are not kept cut, nor any of the other landscaping done. The only reason I stay is because I can not afford to move anywhere else, and it is a realitively safe neighborhood and if one day late on rent it cost an extra $100.00 that month, with eviction notice added. With the office hours and not open on Fridays, it is inconvientent most of the time to get any thing accomplished. What I like about where I am at, is the fact it is a safe neighborhood, connection close to 5 different bus routes with one going right by the property, walking distance with in a half mile to a mile of the other 4. Close to a huge shopping center and several resturants, medical facilities. So basically an ideal location.

Provided by YP.comI cannot express enough how BAD this company's integrity is. They are not honest and make their money off of making up things to charge the tenant for. I have experienced this, but luckily for me I have always won because I fight when I know I am right, but I have to constantly lookup arizona landlord/tenant laws when I talk to them, They have lied and contridicted themselves so much that I don't beileve one word they say! The staff is a bunch of young, uneducated and unprofessional girls. When you walk into a place and everyone looks like strippers, that should have been my first clue. I have experienced billing issues, them not fixing stuff in a timely manner and some things not even at all. Living in one of their rentals will be something I will never forget and am warning all people who are considering them for property management of any sort whether you are a landlord or a tenant, DON'T DO IT. Read all their reviews on Yahoo, Google, Dex and the Better Business Bureau Website. I had to fight them about my deposit once I moved out because they tried charging me an unreasonable amount of damages which were all made up. I didn't let them do this to me. I disputed it with a 3 page letter, pictures, letters from old landlords stating I never damaged or trashed anything and I got full deposits back from every other rental. I also had witnesses to things they did and the condition of my house. And they gave me my full deposit back because it was all wrong and false. They need to be investigated by the news so the public can be warned. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY hands down!

I had nothing but problems with this sorry business. I moved out after only one year and they tried holding my deposit for unreasonable stuff... I disputed it with a 3 page letter with pictures and letters from other landlords, witnesses and so on. I got my full deposit back because they were wrong! They are very rude, and only care about making money off people. They do not follow their promises, and do no fix anything! If you become a victim, please fight. I'm tired of reading how awful they are and no one does anything..... I did something and I won! F*** Prestige! Please look on the better business bureau website online and see that their accredidation was revoked and have a grading of "F". Also see all the BAD reviews on Yahoo and Google. Don't rent from them. You have been warned!

Prestige is all about collecting fees from BOTH tenants and landlords. They have no desire to work an honest work week, closed on Fridays and many times unavailable in the afternoons. Call and leave a message and you are likely to never get a return call unless you call them 2-3 more times. If they are that busy they need to hire more help. If you are a landlord and want to rent a low rent property in a less than desirable part of town - this may be the place to go. However, if you are looking to find good, long-term tenants, in the most expeditious manner possible try other property managers. Marketing is a JOKE! How about 3 sentences that describes every other property in Tucson and get charged $40 per ad.As a tenant - fear of calling and getting whacked for every visit. Plus, triple the suggested amount of late fee if you are late one day (no grace).
