I was most satisfied with Presidential Pools & Spas as they were timely and got the job done. I liked their selection. I liked the fact that they worked with my landscaper really well. Jean, my project manager was very responsive to my calls.

Gene Pruitt did an outstanding job of coordinating everything. We were under a time crunch for our daughter's graduation party, and I don't think we could have done it without him. Larry did a great job starting us out in the beginning.

The entire team that worked on my project was great to work with. I even sent a thank you note to Mike Tierney. Mike Guss, my project manager, did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout the process.

I was actually very impressed with the timeline. I was building a house and had to start the pool after I closed. The diggers were there 2 days after I closed!! It was so great to have the pool started right away. The office did a great job of getting the permits and licenses ahead of time so we could start right away. That made my day. And Clay did a great job after that of moving the process along. Everything clipped right along with really no delays as far as I could tell.

Karin, the salesperson, did a good job, and so did Gene, the project manager. Everyone was good and professional to work with.

My experience from the get-go was a positive one! Everyone was very professional and so good at what they do. From Kip in sales, to Gene who was the project manager, to Sean,Pat,Bryan, and Israel (plus other stone layers that helped) that put in the hardscape and did a beautiful job, I thank you. Also ,want to thank Ryan who showed me how to run the pool, he was great to work with and very knowledgable.It was a very positive and great experience that was completed much to my satisfaction! I'm enjoying it very much! Thank you to everyone at Presidential...you all are awesome!!!!

The area where I was most satisfied with Presidential Pools & Spas was the communication. Their communication was great. They let me know about anyone who was coming out and always followed up with me about things.
