What a big diaappoinment

I had my son's first birthday here and I was so angry we did not have a host and or hostes, they promised 6-7 ballons for the table we only had 3 ballons, when I paid for all the kids and bought all the extra pizza and drinks for the party goers I ask for the pizza's to come come out 45 minutes after we ordered they brought them out 25 minutes afterwards so by the time the kids were done playing games and pictures the pizza was cold and extra greasy. a person came around and took the plates and pizza pans only after thw party was done NO EMPLOYEE at anytime came over and checked on us and removed any garbage from the table. In the commercial they promise 500 tickets and 20 tockens and a SPECIAL SURPRISE FOR BIRTHDAY PERSON don't fall for it there is NO special surprise for the BIRTHDAY KID,We had my son's party during the first part of the week and he was the only party there so there was no excuse for the treatment we got.
