Worst manager !

He is very irresponsible, he acts so nice when you are staying there, but will not help the residents at all. I had to simply pay a toeing fine of $200 for no mistake?! Now he has not returned us the advance money from almost 6 months. He will never be in his office, neither picks up phone calls.

Horrible guys, stay out of this apt.

I have been living in ParkAdams for the duration of the 2016 - 2017 school year and in that time I have no only been yelled at by the staff over a misunderstanding, but I have also been robbed clean in broad daylight. On top of that, the manager takes 3-6 months to respond to a single phone call if you are so lucky.
No security on or around the property, washers and driers are constantly out of order.

Extremely sketchy establishment, do NOT live here unless you enjoy being mistreated as a resident and have no problems having your stuff stolen.

It is within walking distance from UA. Old property. The pictures shown on the website are not what the apartments actually look like.

The only advantage of this complex is within walking distance from UA, otherwisw it has poor management and maintenance of the property. It takes very long to have any repairs done in the property. The pictures shown on the website are not what the apartments actually look like.
