Provided by YPmobileLeo was very good and helpful though he is just a new employee. He helped me solve my car problem and stayed with me until it was fixed. But their is an old employee together with him that complains why would Leo spend 35 minutes helping me. I told him Leo is just helping me. He just keep murmuring and turned away from me. I wish Leo will stay and let this old man do the refresher course in how to help customer service and how to avoid racial discrimation
