THE FIRST THING I WOULD SAY IS...

THE FIRST THING I WOULD SAY IS PITCH A TENT IN THE DESERT AND YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF AND PROBABLY MUCH SAFER!!They force you to fill in at least one star above or it would not be shaded. They deserve negative stars. While the people in the office may be friendly enough they are all for show. We have lived here six months. We had our locked vehicle stolen from their "secured" parking lot, every Friday and Saturday there are free front row drunken violent fights. Frequently there are violent domestic disturbances during the week. Our dishwasher runs for over four hours and gets our dishes dirtier. Our bathroom sink and tub were painted with some paint not intended for that use and now we get paint chips on us when bathing, shaving, brushing our teeth...All of our cabinets are particle board and are old and water damaged and coming apart in layers. The vent a hood filter was flaking metal pieces onto the stove surface below where it could get into our food. None of the burner plates are the right size for the stove. The pool is dirty, the jacuzzi green and out of order, the laundromat unsecure and malfunctional and always filthy. The outside premises will fool you and that is where the "curb appeal" ends. They are constantly blowing leaves, cutting trees, etc....like at 6 or 6:30 am every morning...Good morning to a headache. Although they claim there are no solicitors allowed on premises they give permission for Cox people to knock on everyones door at least once every other week they allow Jehovah Witness and Mormons to knock anytime they want and force their religion down your throat. The outlets in all of our rooms except the kitchen and bathroom were malfunctional and fire hazards...anytime you plugged somethibng in it would fall out unless you spread the prongs out.

Okay, every place can have problems and they cant be solved if you dont complain, right?

They laughed and said throw the vent a hood filter away because you dont really need it.

They laughed and said they used to live here and the dishwashers are a joke and is better if used for storage (since they provide very little storage space)

They said, Oh no thats too bad when our vehicle was stolen,.

They did fix our outlets but there are probably numerous apts here with the same problem and if they catch fire, we probably will too.

They require you to have renters insurance but it doesnt cover your vehicle at all and it wont cover anything you dont have receipts for.

They charge you 70 late fee for being 5 days late and an extra 5 if you dont come in and sign a paper before the 5th day saying you are going to be 5 days late?????????

They claim they are waiting on parts for the non operational jacuzzi. Another tenant who for some insane reason has lived here 3 or 4 years, says they have been saying that since he moved in and jacuzzi has never worked.

Unfortunately, due to medical problems and ciircumstances beyond our control, we were only given a time frame of less than one week to move to Tucson. We did not have the time to research and read reviews. We viewed apartments at five or six different complexes. This one had an apt that was a little bigger and was close to hospital....had the dishwasher we wanted and the jacuzzi we wanted and a security guard on duty at night to protect us...HA! I hope that if you are planning to

mnove and that is why you are reading this that I have at least saved one family from the tragedy of moving to this dangerous dysfunctional complex. Remember you cant judge a book by its cover. They smile and greet you warmly amongst their landscaped bushes and trees among which lurk danger and deception inside dumps that should be condemned.
