Provided by YPmobileI bought a scale to measure gunpowder. So I open it @ home only to find it needs to be calibrated, which is no big deal other than that comes back w/ 'fail'. So its cant be used at all. I try to exchange it the next day & they say I gotta send it back to manufacture instead of replacing it.
