Always attentive and thoroughly professional. There's a lot of room for sloppiness in residential real estate management, and Merritt ran a remarkably tight ship. From my experience, as a tenant, and as a client of several services, Merritt is a stand out. I recommend them highly!

My family and I rented from Merritt Realty for 3 years and they could not have treated us any better. While living in the house, they respected our privacy and never bothered us. Then, when we moved out, they completed the final walk through with us and were able to return our full deposit. Honest, good people to rent from.

As far as rental agencies go, they don't come better than Merritt! The folks working here are on point. We signed a lease on a (beautiful!) property in Tucson. Our agent walked us through all the paperwork step by step and explained everything very thoroughly.



Since we moved in, the people at Merritt have been the most responsive landlords I've ever experienced. In the first week, we sent e-mails requesting a myriad of services. We needed a tree trimmed back, we needed an exterminator to investigate a possible raccoon in the attic, we needed the drains fixed, and we needed a broken lock looked at. All four of these issues were resolved in 48 hours! A different specialist came out to check on each respective issue, all were polite, and all fixed the problem within minutes of arriving. Looking forward to what the future will bring.

I was just out of college when I signed a lease with Merritt in Tucson. To be honest, they could have taken advantage of me and my situation but we actually developed a great partnership. I always paid rent on time and they always took care of business on their end. Whether that means responding in a timely manner to maintenance needs or just communicating effectively, Merritt could always be counted on. Now that I’m moving on to bigger and better things in a new area, I can look back on my time in my apartment and remember it fondly.

I’m glad the 2 br 2 ba apartment I rent from is managed by Merritt. I take really good care of my place, and when something happens unexpectedly they are always just a phone call away to fix it. It puts my mind at ease to know that they are behind me and see that I’m a responsible renter. Thanks for making living an easy process.

It's sad to say that you can't trust people anymore...I was nervous about the situation at my house because there was no kind of light outside so anyone would be able to jump out and I wouldn't have a clue! Most property managers don't really go the extra mile if they don't have to so I had no idea what to expect from Merritt. But thankfully I found they were compassionate and very quick to act on my issue because of the safety factor involved. Before I knew it there was plenty of lightening when I walked up to my house and I could see clear around the side so nobody would be able to hide out. Such a relief! Can't thank you guys enough!!

This is just a great company to rent from! I've been with them a year now and every little thing has been hassle free thus far. Very nice people to work with and they are very professional too. So glad I found a nice home with a property management company to go with it!

The work they have done in the past few months was far more comprehensive and professional than a previous manager. They have returned the unit to profitability and they are doing a great job!
