In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Drive thru screw ups

I am sooo tired of getting shafted in the drive thru. I shouldn't have to sit there and go through the bags to ensure that my order is correct. What's more, I'll tell you that something is wrong at the Linda Vista location. For several months it has been screwing up. Four times they were out of Nuggets. Three times they had no fountain drinks. Several times they haven't had the correct drink cup size. I drink Diet Coke and know what it tastes like. Several times it had the taste of Dr Pepper. When I returned it, they argued with me. I can't tell you how many times I have been given very dark fries. I now know that the oil needs to be changed when they are like this. How do I know? Because the window person told me. I once pulled up to the first window to pay for my order and the girl was texting on her phone. She had me wait before taking my money. I could continue but I value my time.

I also value McDonalds. Can someone please fix this store? I just arrived home and found that my Big Mac was not included. At the rate of gas today, I don't feel that it is my responsibility to drive all the way back for my paid for sandwich. I expect someone to reimburse me for the cost of the sandwich.
